GOAL CAPTUREDWeekends work best. Telugu preferred.
PREFERENCE NOTEDConfirm budget. Verify application date.
This is a browser-only walkthrough using invented details and preset answers. It does not call Claude, transmit case text, or save data. The separate repository build is an evaluation prototype.
All responses are fixed examples; nothing is generated or sent. This preview is not live model quality, an admissions recommendation, or a service for real learner cases.
Education decisions unfold over time. A team may need to reconnect a learner’s goal, constraints and next commitment before the next reply. We’re testing whether a focused context brief could make that handoff easier.

Make the open question visible, draft a follow-up for review, and leave the decision and send action with the counselor.
These are product hypotheses to validate with counselors, not findings from customer research.
The public repository contains an early evaluation build, separate from the synthetic website preview. It uses Anthropic’s Claude API to turn de-identified case context into a counselor-reviewable brief and editable follow-up draft in English, Hindi or Telugu.
A Streamlit case workflow; no team workspace or durable learner records.
WhatsApp or CRM integrations, message sending, production safeguards or a deployed live model product.
Talk with small counseling teams, then test one narrow workflow using sample or explicitly consented data.
Correctness, traceability, ease of correction and any time saved need to be measured first.
Baatwise’s starting thesis is that smaller education and admissions teams may need a practical way to carry a learner’s goals and next steps across English and Indian languages, while keeping a person responsible for every recommendation and message.
BAATWISE IS A WORKING NAME FOR AN UNINCORPORATED EARLY-STAGE PROJECT. THE MARKET, NEED AND PRODUCT VALUE ARE NOT YET VALIDATED.
